    IBP with u=\tan^{-1}\frac{1+x}{1-x}, dv =1.

    sorry but could you show full working out please? Our teacher hasnt really taught it us very well, we can only do it in basic with simple questions and im massively confused

    Just use the same trick as integrating \ln.
