I've had these deep dark pores on my cheeks for almost 2 years. Is there a chance they may be sebaceous filaments? When I try squeezing them nothing comes out. I've had blackheads on my forehead before but they were squeezable and looked different

Nobody here will able to tell you exactly what they are. Best to make an appointment with your GP

steam up your face before trying to squeeze or anything unless you want scabs, from what I've read it sounds like blackheads, it wouldn't hurt to use a blackhead mask to see if it'll improve or anything but if it bothers you a lot see a dermatologist first
