I thought it would be interesting to see everyone's OMG moment, whether that be when you sent off your application, got your first offer or made your choices; it's just a moment that took you back or made you think 'this is happening'

Mine has to be getting my unconditional from Newcastle, I really didn't see it happening nor has it fully sank it.

    Anyone else?

When I had rejected my insurance, in hopes of getting a better uni, and had been looking for a couple days and my math retake had come back as an increase from A to A*. It got me into Warwick

I was quite surprised to get an offer from UCL, especially as I achieved A Level grades on the low end of the typical offer scale for the course

Getting an offer from Oxford. My offer was unconditional (did my A levels last year) and I still can't believe that's where I'm going in October 😱

"Omg I'm three years away from being an actual tax paying adult human and I have no idea about money. I'm supposed to survive 3 years in Cambridge on a loan? Am I going to do well in film studies and live a life of writing scripts and making video games? Will I end up in Canada like I want to or end up in normal soul draining jobs after this?"

That's been my omg for months now. I'm clueless! I'm excited but will I need to take a part time job during my course? Is everyone doing that? I'm the first in my direct family doing to uni. I have advise from friends and family friends but most are better off than me besides the loan being a poor boy and all.
