Up until six months ago, twenty four year old Vithiya's life was going really well. She loved living in London, particularly Walthamstow, the part of the city that she's from.
This all changed when she was diagnosed with leukaemia last October which she's had chemotherapy to treat. Unfortunately this hasn't worked and she now urgently needs a blood stem cell donation to get better, so the race is on to finding a matching donor for her.
Please help Vithiya, and all those seeking matching donors, by registering as a potential blood stem cell donor at www.deletebloodcancer.org.uk or www.anthonynolan.org
Furthermore, if you can make the following dates, then please go and make the chances to find Vithiya's match higher.
Saturday 5th March (10:30am-8:30pm) at 10 School Road, Hounslow, TW3 1QZ or
Sunday 6th March (10:00am- 6:00pm) at St Anslem's Catholic Church, The Green Southall, Middlesex, UB2 4BE
