My teacher said that we take three speaking assessments and then they decide which are the two best ones to send off to the exam board for marking. Is this true? I completely flopped my first one due to nerves and really want either an A or A* on the next two - if I do achieve A/A* on those will the low C not be sent off?

If this is for the Edexcel GCSE exams, then yes, just two are sent off.
