I will be studying Humanitarian foundation course in UCL. Ive been planning on applying to a law facultee but I finally decided that I want to study psychology. Is there even a slight chance that I could apply to a psychology course? Please give some advice on how to do it.

Are you asking if you can study BSc Psychology at university? Check out the requirements at different universities and see if you meet the criteria. I'm not sure what a humanitarian foundation course is, so have no idea if it will enable that.
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
