well, to sum it up my attendance is at 87% right now at school (i know its extremely low), i was told today that to get into my chosen sixth form i need at least an attendance of 95%.
i have until the 12th of may to boost my attendance up but i'm wondering how many days of coming to school will get my attendance to 95%?
how much percentage actually goes up each day?
is it possible for me to reach an attendance of 95% in only 2 months and a bit?

Impossible to answer, we don't know your school's attendance system or exactly how many school days you have left. Ask your school.

my guess would be that it isn't possible

if you averaged 87% over half the academic year you'd need to average 103% for the second half to come out with 95% overall

you're already over half way and 103% was already impossible

your best bet is to try and get 100% attendance from now on and then you can hopefully contact them explaining you turned things around and show them your months of 100% attendance as proof and they may consider you
