Hi to all, I am from the Netherlands, and need help with 3 sentences. What I would like to know is, are they written in perfect English or are there a number of flaws in them? I would really appreciate anyone who wants to take a look at this!!!

We have learned to be polite, to have obligations, to be helpful, to be hospitable, to be considerate, to occasionally offer a listening ear; in short, a series of highly acclaimed conduct towards family, friends, neighbors and colleagues. For sure some men will have heaps of fun driving others around, being a listener, handy man, good neighbor, a regular visitor, hard worker and so on, however many men suffer from time to time living up to such more or less 'required' behavior, because it is at the expense of their own desires, pursuits, privacy and freedom. If you regularly deal with feelings of displeasure or even stress due to such socially desirable behavior (this can lead to eating too much, for example salty snacks or candy), then it is important to change this must-pattern: courtesy, obligations, hospitality and so on.
