The Level 4 Certificate in Health and Social Care is designed to give you the knowledge, understanding and skills you need to be successful in a health and social care career at a supervisory or management level. The mandatory units in the certificate provide a strong foundation in the profession, while allowing you an optional unit in a specialisation focus area. Optional coursework ranges from study of psychology, public health, social policy, human resources, finance and other focused topics.Upon successful completion of the Level 4 Certificate, you will be able to make an immediate and meaningful contribution in the management of health and social care.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care
The Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care provides a solid grounding in core principles and skills needed for a supervisory role in health and social care.The unique design of the course of study combines foundational learning with the opportunity to focus on an area of specialisation.You can choose from a wide range of specialisation courses including health promotion, social policy, public health, managinghuman resources, psychology, counseling skills, supporting independent living and more.Upon successful completion of the Level 5 Diploma, you will be able to contribute positively to good practice in health and social care at a supervisory level.
