    I have submitted my student finance but I never got asked to put in any of my parents details, it also won't let me access the account through the customer reference number. If I cancel the student finance would it allow me to re-do the account?

    You need to phone Student Finance. They will get you back into your account.

    After that, it sounds like you've accidentally applied to be non-income assessed, which means that your parents details won't be needed. Explain that to SF while you're on the phone. They can either change your application or advise you on how to do it.
