I've got a mock exam coming up (Social Policy), in which we were given the questions in advance to plan. I have no idea what the first question means, but the second one seems more achievable, "Discuss the use of market principles in service delivery using examples from health or housing or education". However, I don't know what "market principles" are. Any interpretations of this question or help regarding defining "market principles" would be appreciated! Thanks!
