I am trying to find a good workout for all areas of the shoulder.
My current workout is 3 sets of:
8 reps front raises
8 reps side raises
8 reps rear delt raise
Does this seem like a good workout for the entire shoulder? would you change anything or add anything?

I never really train front delts directly as they get plenty of work from other pressing movements.
My go to for side deltoid mass has always been Arnold presses, which also happen to work front delts.
Best rear delt exercises for me are face pulls, though I also like dumbbell rows done with similar form to face pulls.
