Flat/housemate wanted for next year!

So me and my friend (both guys) we're looking at two man flats for the next academic year (currently first year), and, well... they're a bit ****, whereas there are loads of cool three man houses about, but everyone we know has been more sensible than us and already sorted their accommodation out.
Anyone fancy joining us to make a three? It might be a bit strange living with randomers off the student room, but it'll save us all some money and we can get a cool house. We're aiming for £80 p.w. and we're ready to book it asap, with some places already in mind.
We're both lovely people, and i'm sure you'll love living with us.
