Catcher in the rye - help!

I'm doing some revision for the AQA English Lit exam on Tuesday and was wondering if someone could help me. I am thinking about how to show that Holden is an unreliable narrator by talking about the flaws he points out in others but displays himself. Can anyone suggest any instances where he does this - with quotes if possible! Thank you!

He constantly mentions others being phonies, but he's one himself. Eg. The train with the woman when he fakes his name and the brain tumour !
He criticizes Ackley about the fact that he has no friends while Holden's a loner himself.
