Period benefits

Most girls always complain about their period and how they're in pain etc, but how about we point out some of the benefits e.g. being able to get out of certain things.

What would you say are some good things?

Sex feels amazing if you ignore the Yknow, blood.

Period sex is the best relative sex I've had.
It means you're not pregnant

Please come. Please come. Pleaseeeeeee..... Goes to the toilet.... Thank **** for that! Loooolll
When I'm just angry and annoyed (even when I'm not on) I blame it on my period, so no one argues with me!
Also it's an excuse to eat more chocolate and ice cream 🙈😝

There aren't really any aside from it only lasting a few days and knowing that your body is working as it should.

Getting out of swimming was great but it's not compulsory anymore anyway and was still not worth all the downsides. I guess knowing you're not pregnant is pretty good.
Wait there are positives? I haven't found any :')
