    AS students - how much sleep are you getting and how much do you reckon you need to be at your best for concentration?

    Next year you may end up getting 4/5, but only if you're a knob like me

    About 6 hours too. Maybe 7 to 8 on a good day, 4 on a bad one. I'm pretty tired no matter how much I get, I'm not convinced that there's nothing wrong there to be honest. I don't fancy 4 or 5 next year at-all. D;

    So far this year, an average of 5hrs probably.

    1hr on a bad day.

    6 and a half on a good day.

    8hrs on a really really good day. O_O

    I think to be at my best, I need 8-9hrs. I FEEL SO POWERFUL WHEN IT HAPPENS.

    I think about 6-7 is the sweet spot for me, any more and I feel groggy and energiless whereas with less I feel like death.
