how to find private students in London?

I'm a PhD researcher in UoR and live in London near Canada Water. Last year I taught freshman but had to take the year off due to getting married in China during the beginning of the teaching term. I'm Canadian and taught in China from 2008-2012 in kindergartens, public schools, universities as well as companies. When I first came to the UK I lived in West London and worked for a local organization tutoring Japanese students.

I know that their is a market where I live as this area has many Chinese families but I don't know how to reach the market. Does anyone have any experience finding ESL students in London or know how to reach out to local Chinese communities? I speak reasonable Chinese and my wife is Chinese so she can make some posts in Chinese forums for me. Unfortunately she hasn't had luck finding them.
