    Hello!
Are there any courses/qualifications (not Bachelors or Masters) that will be helpful to secure a job in IB?
    thanks!

    This ^

Go join a big 4 audit grad scheme, get ACA qualified, transfer to their Corporate Finance team and then lateral to an actual bank.

I can't do now an accountant grad scheme, I am looking for a shorter course from floodlight.com.
    Maybe CIMA?
    Or other accountancy certifications?

It's really the only way (aside from getting a masters degree), a CIMA qualification with no experience isn't going to help..

I hope you are correct, because I will have to get into great effort to achieve that. Isn't Queen Mary a non-target uni? Why I see on LinkedIn Assistant Vice Presidents with MSc/PhD from that uni?

% probability of being invited for interview for the average applicant is higher at a target. If you're an exceptional applicant, it doesn't matter where you go (within reason, it can't be completely awful).

Yes I'm short. In long, you can have all the qualifications you want but if you don't have the experience, I think you'll find it difficult to get in.

ACCA from a reputable accountancy or audit firm would help. Big 4 is good but not necessary.

    ACA is very good too.

Another is CFA but I don't think there's a point doing CFA qualification if you're not already working in financial services but that as well would help you.

Btw don't rely on opinions on forums. It's good but do your homework too. Good luck.
