Questions about Edexcel IGSCE Maths. watch

    • Thread Starter

I had some questions on my mind about Edexcel's IGSCE Mathematics (Higher). Firstly, I'm not enrolled in any school for the time being, I am studying by myself. So is it possible that I could get an A/A* in Maths? I finished grade 8 and skipped grade 9 to directly do my IG's. I heard Edexcel is relatively easier than Cambridge and getting an A isn't too difficult, could anyone attest to this? Right now, when I do the past papers I get about 60-70 raw marks in each (3H, 4H) and the grade boundaries for an A (please correct me if I am wrong) are usually 50-65 raw marks or 50-65%, the problem is that I hear Edexcel's been making their tests ALOT tougher so will that affect my grades (I'm happy with an A, if I REALLY push it I might get an A*)? Finally, could someone make a "Quick" lost of topics that are essential in the 3H and 4H exams? I could flip through the textbook but a lot of the stuff they make you do in the textbook simply isn't present in the exams ( at least in my experience, correct me of I'm wrong) so a short list of topics that are always in the exam would *Really* help. BTW, I'm only doing Maths, Chemistry and Physics, not the regular 8 (since in not studying in school)
Thanks … Seriously though, I appreciate any help.

yea bruv, its piss easy just ask soli, he got 3E's and 2B's
