    you have to lift weights...I would say do full body workouts so you're squatting 3 times a week. All the compound movements will work your core and over time your abs will look better. idk what you look like right now but if you're fat you need to eat in a caloric deficit to lose weight

    You wrong yoga does help. You actually dont need to do lifting at all if you do enough yoga.

    I'm actually losing weight pretty well 2 stone down in 5 weeks now! Just need to tone this body

    Haha I joke but ok maybe it worked for you with good dieting and disciplined heavy sessions which I respect you for but the effects of exercise differs amongst genders biologically (we're doing an A level unit on it atm) so you are wrong
