I'm 5 ft 7 16 year old with a 25.5 waist. I'm not looking to lose weight but just tone up to become beach ready, and I have been told that I should apply to a model agency (even though I don't think I'm model material but lots of people have said so) but my body isn't currently 'model standard'.
So what exercises could I do that will tone up my whole body without bulking?
