Accidentally sent message about depression and anxiety to my group :( Watch

    I sent an email to my welfare tutor in uni pouring my heart out about my depression and anxiety, having extremely low thoughts etc. ONLY FOR MY EMAIL TO MESS UP AND SEND THIS TO SOME PEOPLE IN MY CLASS WHO WERE IN MY PRESENTATION GROUP!!!!WHY WHY WHY!!!!I'M SO EMBARRASSED!!What do I do?!!! Help!

    Be honest, tell them your email glitched and it sent to them by accident. Tell them to disregard the message and delete it.
    If any of them ask, say that you're dealing with your issues with the help of the welfare tutor

    Nothing to be scared or embarassed about, just calmly explain to them that it was a mishap and they'll take the situation lightly since depression and anxiety can be a serious matter

    acknowledge it by sending a quick 'oh my gosh, so sorry, that was meant to go elsewhere (obviously), please ignore/don't read' and then don't mention it again, the if you explicitly ask them to ignore it they probably will as it's an uncomfortable subject anyway
