So I had 13 or 14 sets of hiccups yesterday

I'm on my 2nd bout today. They are a a bit uncomfortable and each spasm makes me feel like vomiting.

The NHS website seems to suggest that it's rare for persistent hiccups to mean more. When should I be concerned?

If its lasting for ages or is painful you might want to check in with a pharmacist or something for advice, but as far as i'm aware it's not really anything to be concerned about.
