Depends on what I'm having it with. I like sweet chilli sauce with Indian snacks (samosas, pakoras etc). I like garlic mayonnaise with fat chips and this cajun dip from a specific place with fries (the skinny chips). I only like nandos piri piri sauce if I'm at nandos. Oh, also salad dressing with garlic bread.

I'll only consider eating ketchup if there isn't much of a choice.

There isn't one sauce that I prefer though - on some things I have brown sauce, on others it's ketchup, on others it's mustard, etc...
