practice calming yourself down in less stressful situations, e.g. breathing exercising, grounding techniques etc and try and implement them in your exam

I'm not an expert on taichi but I assume it includes things like body awareness, breathing techniques etc in which case yes, that would help

practice trying to calm yourself without taichi as well so you can do so in your exam without standing up/moving around!

Remember that the worst thing that can happen is you fail and you can try again

Try to do a mock exam in the same place you're going to do the real one.

Being in the same environment and getting a feel for it can help
