I am in year 11, 2 months away from my GCSE's. I have been excluded permanently and have appealed. The appeal was unsuccessful. If I get the grades, will I be accepted to 6th form? The exclusion was for a fight that I attempted to break up however the teachers thought I was involved and therfor restrained me. The girl who starred the fight (my friend) recieved a 5 day exclusion. The other girls did not get excluded however were put on report. I recieved a permanent exclusion. The school have told us not to do an independent appeal, and in return I can just sit my exams at the school. However this seams like bribery. My question is that , am I able to agree with the school to go to their 6th form if my GCSE results are good?

Perhaps not. I'm not sure it's the grades they're worried about, more the behaviour! There is definitely a chance though.

But if you work really hard and get excellent grades you'll at least show them what an amazing student you are and what they will miss.Did you apply anywhere else?

    Cheers.
I didn't apply anywhere else apart from my own 6th form. I don't think collage is for me as I need the structure that 6th form offers. It's a shame I'm excluded so close to my exams. But I am hoping the school will allow me to make some sort of deal with them where if I get good grades they will allow me In to 6th form

I would not get involved in other peoples fights in the first place. Just listen to the school get your GCSE grades and then go to a good sixth form college.
