So the first bit is long and confusing butbasically my mums old account had to be deleted and they gave her a new account
She logged on today to support my application andit said ‘thanks for submitted your info we’ll contact you if you need anything’but the thing is she has never submitted this info, not on this account, theold deleted one nor on the phone when she was getting the first problem sorted.My dad has had no issues and just has to get his forms together so that he cansubmit his info
She is going to ring on Monday to see whathappened but in the mean time has this happened to anybody else?
