What do you think of black drug lords that infested their own communities and held them back for years, for the sake of personal riches? To what extent do you think this is just a by product of ruthless capitalism? Please reference the Crack epidemic in your answer. (27 marks)

In life you're either a duper or a dupee. Capitalism is a result of human nature, we always want more, and the best way to get more is to provide a service that people need and are prepared to pay for, for example supplying crack. To get to the top you need to look after yourself, no one successful has ever made it without stabbing a few people in the back, in this case the black drug lords are stabbing members of their own race, metaphorically, in the back, in order to get ahead. It's capitalism 101.

I prefer hot, but who has the time in the mornings? Hence I go cold, unless treating myself on a weekend.

Disappointed you didn't mention the wider role of social responsibility in private enterprise.

Take the juxtaposition of Pablo Escobar. He sent all his product to Miami, so the gringos could destroy themselves, he could take their money and invest it in Medellin. Albeit, he destroyed Columbia in the process, but that arguably isn't the same, because he wasn't directly stabbing his community in the back, it happened as an indirect consequence from stakeholder (police) pressure.

Perfect imo. It's a student city for a start, so most people that you'll see will be around your age. It isn't particularly large so you can find your way around after a couple of weeks, but big enough that you can discover new stuff all the time if you wish. The main part of the uni is literally two minute walk from the city centre. Plenty of clubs and pubs, with good variety and whenever the rugby is on it's the awesome. Lastly it's stupidly cheap for a city, my mate in London pays over double what I do in rent (I pay £280 per month rent). If you've got any questions hit me up.
Cheers man. Sounds class tbh, always had the assumption that Cardiff was a bit grim. Must be some buzz around the place six nations time. My first choice will probably be Leeds, but if I end up in Cardiff we can go for a pint maybe haha.

Don't need student discounts with Dominos.
It's overpriced because they expect you'll use a discount on it.
You can normally find a 50% off - I had a code I used for years.

    Cc best takeaway though.

But I need to put it in a separate container before heating and transferring to bathe bowl. I'm not the type of savage to put milk in first either. It's just all too much

I imagine it's the same with most cities, some parts are nice, some parts are grim. If you stay the uni side of Cardiff it's beautiful, providing it doesn't rain. I think the other side of the city centre is quite rough, but there's no reason to go there. Yeah, I think it's worth a visit on an open day just to check it all out! I look forward to it!
