I'm only in my first year of uni but I'm looking to do certain alevel modules again to improve my grade. I'm just wondering do employers look at alevel grades that much? I have already retaken a year of alevels so on my certificates there will be three different institutes. Does this look bad? What if u get a 2:1 or higher in my degree and then do my masters, will my alevels really matter

Your degree grade will matter a lot more than your A-levels, although some employers will still look at them for your first job out of uni.

However, if you're concerned about employability, you are much better off spending the time you would spend on A-levels getting work experience, especially paid work experience and experience relevant to the field you want to go in to.

    ...........
Pointless. Employers that are that worried about grades are also fussy about sitting them in one go. A levels measure the academic standards of 18 year olds as they leave school. Tweaking those grades while doing a degree is bonkers.
