first year all lectures in the afternoon- and not realy 9-5-- more relaxed, lots of lectures and few clinics.3 weeks christmas, 4 weeks easter- revision weeks, and finish after exams in may.

2nd year- imagine the days split into 2- so 10 parts to the week. we get 4-5 parts of per week off- but spread so you may not get a day off. 9-5 on at least one day of the week. you'll have a few half days but the other session will be full on- 8.30/9 to 12.30 or 1.30 to 5ish. but it does get more intense this year with only 2 weeks christmas and 2 weeks easter. rest of the time your in uni from oct to mid July!

doesnt get any better after this...

dental students at other uni's: what are your timetables like?? Make me feel better please and please say were not the only ones still at uni till July!

(lectures not compulsory- no register. clinics are. only have one part of 10 which is lectures in 2nd year though so not many)
