Decent but not exceptional GCSE grades (something like 3A* 3A 4B and a C) A2 grades A*AAA. No science or maths subjects though lol

Not bad grades - one of my AS levels was a B but got A at A level so stay positive (got a C too but I only did that to AS). Just really enjoyed all my A level subjects which helped a lot - was so happy to ditch all the GCSE subjects that were forced on me!

You planning on going to uni?

Science and maths - scary! I did all essay subjects (not favoured on TSR so will run and hide now).

Good luck with your exams and life at uni.

Well I stopped working (more or less) in y13 for reasons I'm not sure about so it's certainly possible to outperform my final grades at A2. Though can't say I ever worked much for GCSE either,so make of them what you will.

I personally feel like sciency subjects are relatively easy, I am doing a combination of essay subjects and maths, and I feel like it would be impossible to do all 3 essay subjects, since the workload for them is so high. With sciences, as long as you understand them and do some past papers, you don't need to bother much; whereas for essays you constantly need to revise and keep up with the workload, otherwise it would not be possible to cram all the information weeks before the exams.

at AS I had CCCE (oops) but at A2 I had AABD which more than made up for the lack of energy i put into year 12.

Quite a bit better in my maths A-levels compared with my GCSE(A to 95%ish). One grade lower in each of my science A-levels compared to their respective GCSEs(although I wasn't far below the boundary in any of my science A-levels).

My a level results were pretty bad when compared to gcses, i got 12 gcses a*-c but then got BEE in my a levels (due to bad subject choices and one of my grandparents becoming seriously ill).
