    I just did this question, in the data, the price for bread is the same BUT the value of bread increases so it will change as it doesn't follow a correlation anymore

    You need the other one to be a pass and not a merit. Your 0.75 would include merits and passes so you just want the 0.5 (ie a pass but not a merit)

    Yep, even if it was F(3.9998) you would round down and add up the ones up to 3.

    You've got the two right for merit (as you can see ) but think about what it actually means for someone to pass but not get a merit.

    IIRC the mark scheme is wrong for this one. Interpolation is the way to go.

    I'm having a last minute panic about quartiles, if n/4, n/2 etc is a whole number eg 5 would you use 5.5th number?
