    5 + 5 + 5 + 5 = 555

    When I saw this I tried all kinds of things-and never got it! Who can work it out? Does anyone have a harder question?

    Darn, got here too late. Oh well, \LaTeX masterrace:

    \displaystyle

\begin{equation*}5 + 5 +5 + 5 \neq 555\end{equation*}

    Haha, nah that's just me joking around. The intended approach is drawing one line from one end of the plus sign to the other to make it:

    \displaystyle

\begin{equation*}545 + 5 +5 = 555\end{equation*}
