    title says it all.i did physics u1 last june and got a U with 36/120 UMS.
    i did it again in jan and got 46/120 UMS. i really need help

    Well what have you already tried?
    Have you had an honest think about what the root of the problem might be? are you tackling problems from past papers and then working to improve areas you feel weak in... or what?

    The problem is i dont understand the theories properly
    i already do alot of papers, how do you prepare for it?

    Well did you try asking your teacher about the things you don't understand at the time?

    other possibilities

    study buddies/after school sessions
    buy or borrow (from a library) the exam boards textbook

    IMO you don't need to *understand* much theory but you do need to know what the relevant theory says and what sort of questions you can apply it to.
