Most people here know 2 thing about me

1.

Cambridge/Oxford/Imperial/UCL (The rest are not even there as far as I am concerned)

2.

I would not go to Warwick even if you paid me the £9000 fees per annum

End of transmission.

I'm curious, what's wrong with Warwick?
They're about on par.

Google maps Warwick, that would be the first reason for me. (I have no dog in the fight, never good enough to go to either  )

many things ...

too pure, too Cambridge wannabe, too new, too over-rated. ...

When I did my PhD, 4 students came to UCL from Warwick to do applied PhDs as Warwick at the time had very little going in applied (has not changed a lot since then)
Well each and everyone of these 4 students was an utter ++++hole, and my opinion of Warwick students (despite the small sample) was conclusive.
To add insult to injury, the love of my life (a girl which came from Oxford) went out with one of them ...

I think that is enough to justify my dislike for Warwick....

Tbh the quality difference is probably small enough that you should decide based on which course structure or location appeals to you
I am doing maths at Warwick; I didn't apply to Imperial purely because I didn't fancy being in a big city, but a lot of other people would much rather be in a big city than in Warwick uni which is relatively isolated (and Coventry isn't the greatest place in the world lol)

It is? :s-smilie:
Warwick has the harder course/smarter students. Imperial gives you more chance of getting a job.

Take your pick 😉

Why didn't you pursue the girl of your interest while you could? :frown:
