    Well go to New England and see the number of Americans who claim they're Irish and only have an old ancestor who's Irish and forget the fact that they're Mother is Bulgarian.
    The origin claimed by Americans changes every 10 years and not because of any immigration. Only 50 years ago, a lot claimed they were of British or Irish origin. Since then, the number claiming they're German has almost doubled and there's been hardly any immigration from Germany since the 50s. So you can claim whatever nationality you want? We're talking origin here, not citizenship (all these people are US citizens).
    Then if it's all about identification, being black isn't genetic, it's a state of mind. What a load of bull....
