It's useful if you're an auditory learner, but just listening to podcasts will probably not get you the best grades - make sure you go through past papers, as well as making flashcards.

Would making notes using the clips be helpful and then using past papers?

I suppose so, but do remember that the clips may miss some information out, so it definitely wouldn't hurt to go over the specification for stuff the clips may have missed.

It helped me get an A for history, I literally had it on whilst playing league of legends. Never read a book.

If not troubling then may I ask,
What would be the best revision guide for Edexcel RE/RS, Edexcel History B, AQA Citizenship full course

Really sorry, but I don't study either of those three subjects. If possible, I'd suggest just buying CGP revision guides.
