I am trying to lose weight and get fit. At first I was doing ok but now I am finding that I am constantly hungry and just cannot get enough food. I have now started to put back the little bit of weight that I had lost. What can i do about the hunger and to get back on track?

Maybe have small snacks throughout the day rather than larger, fewer meals?
Also make sure you are drinking plenty, because if you aren't that could make you feel hungry.

Small snacks increased my hunger, not starting eating till midday at least defo helped me cut calories and then having a cut of time of around 7pm for consuming calories (except drinks on Fridays and Saturdays)

Eat fibrous foods.

I agree with drinking plenty. And snack on filling foods and not junk.
