I know I shouldn't self-diagnose, but I think it's obvious that I am either extremely shy or have social anxiety. It's difficult to seek help, when getting help requires me to face my fear of talking to people. I'm hopefully going to go to uni in September, and I really don't want to isolate myself anymore, I'm scared I'll be known as a social hermit who never talks to anyone.
What kind of things can actually help?
