    When you get the card through the post telling you about voting it'll give you the full details. Failing that, get in touch with your local council.

    It seems to be suggesting that David Cameron is the all powerful Sith Lord who is calling the shots. Cameron does not set the rules, he went to a council with a set of demands and toned them down.

    After the referendum he's probably going to come up against this.
