Has anyone ever managed to persuade their school to let them to change a gcse? watch

    • Thread Starter

I'm taking GCSE history right now and would REALLY like to change it for ICT. i absolutely hate history and don't enjoy it all. I feel that ICT would be more relevant and better for my career path. I sent an email to the school and they said that history and ICT are not in same block and because i would have to catch up on work. But in the options form that I had at the beginning of the year, ICT and history are clearly are in the same block. Also, In my school, a few other had switched to ICT from computer science, but I'm not being allowed to change.Has anyone ever changed subject almost halfway through year 10? What arguments and points could i use? Need replies ASAP
    Thanks, all help is appreciated!
