Does Anybody Do Alevel Sociology Or Health And Social Care watch

    Hi im picking my A level options and I was just wondering what the courses were like in terms of essays/exams/coursework and is there much time consumption from them thank you!!!!

    I did them both.No coursework for sociology. 2 exams for AS and 2 for A2. It depends on which topics your teacher chooses to teach you but the popular ones are Family&households and Health for AS and crime & deviance/ religion or education for A2. Both with research methods.Health & social is 1 piece of coursework and 1 summer exam per year.I found health & social to take up a lot of my time just because of the sheer volume of coursework. There is a lot of it, but it's not difficult, very straightforward.

    Which one did you enjoy more? and if u dont mind me asking what are you doing now are you at university or employed??

    I'd say I enjoyed Sociology a little more.
    I'm doing Criminal justice & criminology at the University of Kent, I'm in my first year
