I've downloaed many theory test apps and took so many tests and what ive noticed is that most if not all the Q's are the same across nearly all maps and DVLA website. Will the questions be set out like this too or will it be a throw off completely??

Really? So questions that you see: "What would you worry about when turning left"

    A) Cyclists

    etc etc? Cool.

Most are like that. For some you'll have to choose more than one answer - read the question because it will say.

Some are story questions. You'll get a paragraph to read and will have to answer a few questions based on what happens. Again these are multiple choice so are pretty much the same, but you might have to refer back to the story.
You're driving to meet a friend at the supermarket. You drive along the motorway and see an accident on the other carriageway. When leaving the motorway you turn right at the roundabout. Then you see a cow in the road.
What is the speed limit on the motorway?
What should you not do when you come across the accident?
