I'm just having some trouble understanding why the equilibrium doesn't first set up where the two lines cross?

I thought at that point the concentrations of products and reactants are the same and the rate of forwards reaction is the same as the reverse?

The answer says its when the two lines first become horizontal

Nvm I think I get it...

Is it that the concentrations shouldn't be the same as each other but stay the same in general?
