Nope. I have an older sister, and last November, a baby brother was born.

We're poor, but we're not starving. We've been kept propped up by a combination of Working Tax Credits, Child Benefits and Child Tax Credits and rent deductions with Housing Benefits (sound like real spongers don't we lol) so it's been alright tbh. Sure I may not have been able to do everything I wanted but that's okay.

God bless the socialist aspects of the government lol

:console:

You've done so well to get where you are now!

1. Asking someone if they're 'hot' is not a good way to introduce yourself
2. It's not relevant to the thread
3. You're clearly interested because of how successful her father has been and are using the above 'are you hot?' question to justify some fictitious image in your head
4. There are PMs for a reason
5. You're still weird

Thank you !!! I completely agree !

I don't know why he has went from calling me out because he though I was lying about my father's salary to asking me if I was hot when he realised I wasn't lying.

I personally find it disrespectful and shallow that he obviously only seems interested in me because of my parent's wealth.

Plus it is my parents who have the money, not me. They came from very humble origins and believe in working hard and earning your own money and so myself and my siblings have to work hard for our own money through student jobs etc and do not receive everything on a silver spoon.

my mum is an FE maths teacher and does private tutoring in the evenings and my step dad is a school chef.

Wow your whole life is just school. Like school and education all over the place. Even you're on TSR supporting users with school. This is tragic :frown:

But I like education :P
I'm surprised so many people know how much their parents earned or even have an idea about it.

I never knew how much either of my parents earned as that was simply something that we knew not to ask. Both were lawyers and now one is an academic in Canada and another is a lawyer that does pro-bono work only. No idea what they make and never really had any desire to know.

I'd assume many on here had to fill out a student finance form, that or (like mine did) their parents told them about their career progression.

aw bless. You sound like a typical 10yr old boy chatting up a girl on club penguin.

Nice one
Father-Architect-undisclosed to me, however he has said it is over £100k (He is self-employed so there isn't a salary)
