So, when I was applying to a Visit Day for one of my uni's, it had an option to put own the UK county you're from. I'm not from the UK so I just left it and tried to apply. It didn't work. I clicked it again, refreshed filled it in again. It kept saying that I should put in a UK county. So, just to see if it would work I put a random one in and press the "apply" button.

It worked but I think they're going to try and mail me something. But I won't get it because I put down a county. Then I emailed the department (about 4-5 times) asking if they could change it but they haven't replied (it's been weeks). I tried asking the rep of the uni on TSR but they also didn't help. Finally, I tried calling but nobody answered.

So what am I meant to do?

Was this a visit day for applicants or for people who haven't yet applied?

    For applicants.
Correspondence with applicants will go to the address you listed in your UCAS application.

The question about county is likely used for reporting on how many people travel to conversion day events and how far they travel (and so it may well be information held by the marketing team rather than admissions which might be why you've struggled to get an answer).
