I am a British citizen, lived here all my life up until 2012 June. Studied abroad from then till April 2014. I've been back for about 2 years and 5 months, It is not quiet up to the three years residency so will this affect my student loan?
If your only reason for living outside the UK was to study a specific course then your living abroad was temporary and you'd still be ordinarily resident in the UK.

See http://www.ukcisa.org.uk/Information...ent-Support#RL for more detailed explainations
Is the Big Bang theory correct?
