    Hi
See the "Getting effective responses" section here: http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/wiki...ting_responses

The more information you give about the work you're trying to do and how far you've got the more likely people will be able to help. What are your thoughts so far and what exactly are you struggling with?

Ah that's brilliant thanks did you include any scholarly sources/ quotes in yours? I have to include 5 to get a good grade and was hoping you could recommend some sources? anything on civil rights groups and leaders would be great

I did I had to do the same - I'd say the best thing to use is https://scholar.google.co.uk to search for events or people in particular and it'll come up with lots of sources and historical documents. Specifically though I used sources from The Strange Career of Jim Crow by C. Vann Woodward, The Souls of Black Folk by W.E.B. DuBois, The Encyclopedia of Civil Rights in America by David Bradley and Brown V. Board of Education: The Case for Integration by Judith Conaway (all are available on Google Scholar). Hope this helps
