People are bemused as to why you want to increase usage for no apparent reason other than to spend more money?

Do you have a plug in heater? Keep it on all night whilst it's cold.

The efficient way is to be as inefficient as possible.

Kitchen appliances tend to use a lot of electricity. But is this really the best approach? You might even have some kind of fair usage policy and end up paying for it.

Then you do the opposite of what I suggested and use more of whatever utility it is.

Heating, immersion heater, washing machine, cooker, oven are the big users.

Heating on, windows open. Electrical appliances on. Run taps. Gas cooker on.

Totally irresponsible but blindingly obvious, no?

Heating, hot water and oven. Electric is the big user.
You should think carefully about it though.
