Hi! I recently got accepted for a job at Thorpe park as a rides and attractions host and I just wanted to know what I will be doing whilst I'm working there? As I'm 16 it means that I can't operate rides until I'm 18 so does this mean I'll be still be working on the rides in some form? For example checking the heights of customers to make sure they are not too short to go on rides or checking seatbelts are fastened?
Thanks in advance, I have my induction on the 12 and 13th of March.

Hi there!I don't work there, but I have loads of friends that do, and they love it there! As a Rides and Attractions host, at the age of 16, you will be too young to operate rides, however your job will include managing Queue Lines (Such as managing the flow of fastrack to stand by wait, or batching guests into rows to board trains), Taking bags into the bag rooms on rides such as Stealth, Saw and The Swarm and checking restraints on rides, and making sure guests are safe.I may of forgotten something, but I think that's it
